Scan data can show requested temperatures, sensor values, actuator positions and compressor commands, but a code or data value is not automatically a failed part. The workshop still needs to compare those requests with vent temperature, airflow, electrical supply and refrigerant behaviour.

This matters on uneven-zone complaints. A warm passenger-side vent can come from an air-mix actuator, a sensor input, insufficient refrigerant capacity across the evaporator or another HVAC issue.
