Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the basis on which you use the Car AC Heroes website, request information and approve vehicle air conditioning services. A written quotation, job card, invoice or separately agreed term may add vehicle-specific details.

Website information is general
Website content explains common AC symptoms, diagnostic processes, service options and indicative considerations. It cannot identify the fault in a particular vehicle without the appropriate checks. A symptom, photograph, message or phone conversation is not a final diagnosis.
Prices, timing, availability, vehicle coverage and repair scope shown online are not binding unless they are confirmed for the exact vehicle and job. We may correct an obvious website error and update content as services or requirements change.
Bookings and service availability
A message or requested date is an enquiry until the workshop confirms the booking or service route. Customers should confirm availability before travelling, particularly for same-day intake, mobile checks, pickup or delivery, fleets, buses, trucks, classic vehicles, EVs and hybrids.
We may decline or reschedule work when safe service, access, suitable equipment, parts, vehicle condition or workshop capacity cannot be confirmed. We will not describe an unconfirmed request as guaranteed emergency or roadside assistance.
Diagnosis is a separate service when agreed
You authorise only the diagnostic checks described in the agreed scope. Diagnosis may include visual inspection, temperature and airflow measurement, pressure testing, leak detection, electrical testing, scan-tool checks or access to components as relevant.
A diagnostic fee pays for properly completed testing and explanation, not for a promise that every possible hidden or intermittent fault will appear during one visit. Further testing may be proposed when initial results are inconclusive or when disassembly is required.
Estimates, quotations and approval
An estimate is an expected amount based on the information available. A quotation should define the approved work and price basis more specifically. Both may change when the vehicle specification, hidden damage, contamination, previous repairs, access requirements or an additional fault differs from what could reasonably be known at the time.
We should obtain approval before additional chargeable work outside the agreed scope. Approval may be recorded in writing, on a job card, through WhatsApp or by another clear method. If you do not approve the revised work, charges for already authorised diagnosis, labour, materials or irreversible commitments may still apply.
Parts, refrigerant and customer choices
Parts and refrigerant must match the vehicle specification and approved repair. A quotation may offer original, original-equipment, aftermarket, reconditioned or other choices only when that option is suitable and clearly described. Availability and supplier conditions can affect price and timing.
Special-order, programmed, installed, opened or contaminated parts may not be returnable. Any known non-returnable commitment should be disclosed before approval. Customer-supplied parts are accepted only by agreement. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, responsibility for the supplied part and its seller remains with the customer, while our workmanship is assessed separately.
Timing, pickup, mobile and priority service
Completion dates are estimates unless a written commitment states otherwise. Diagnosis, approval, parts availability, supplier delivery, vehicle access, testing and additional faults can change timing. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.
Pickup, delivery, mobile, same-day and priority services depend on confirmed eligibility, location, vehicle condition, safe access, capacity and the work required. Mobile attendance may be limited to inspection or work that can be performed safely at the location. Equipment-heavy, refrigerant, high-voltage or major dismantling work may require the workshop.
Customer authority and responsibilities
You confirm that you own the vehicle or have authority to approve inspection, movement and repair. Tell us about known safety risks, alarms, immobilisers, high-voltage warnings, recent collisions, modifications, refrigerant conversions and relevant previous work.
- Remove valuables and personal documents before leaving the vehicle.
- Provide accurate vehicle, contact and approval information.
- Do not conceal a condition that may make inspection or movement unsafe.
- Respond to quotation and collection messages within a reasonable time.
- Review the approved scope and ask questions before authorising work.
Payment, invoices and vehicle collection
Payment terms are stated in the quotation, job record or invoice. Unless another arrangement is confirmed, approved charges are due when the service is completed and before vehicle release. The customer should inspect the available job explanation, invoice and any returned parts before collection.
If another person collects the vehicle, we may request reasonable confirmation that they are authorised. Any collection delay, storage condition or related charge applies only if it was separately communicated and is lawful.
Warranty, rework and complaints
A warranty applies only when it is written on the quotation, invoice or another confirmed record. Its coverage, period, exclusions and required follow-up are governed by that record and applicable law. Normal wear, a separate fault, accident damage, misuse, external contamination, unauthorised alteration or a customer-supplied defective part may fall outside a specific warranty, depending on the facts.
Report a concern promptly and allow reasonable inspection before another party changes the relevant work where practical. Available remedies are assessed under our Refund Policy and mandatory UAE consumer-protection rules.
Website availability and lawful limits
We take reasonable care with website content but do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, free of technical errors or suitable for diagnosing a vehicle. Do not rely on online content as a substitute for professional inspection where safety or damage may be involved.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by misuse of general website information, an unavailable third-party service or an external website outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, messages and external links
Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be used when you visit the website, send a WhatsApp message, call or request service. Do not send unrelated sensitive documents or payment security codes.
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, suppliers, manufacturers or government sources are provided for convenience or evidence. Those organisations operate their own services and terms. A link does not mean that we control or endorse every statement on the external site.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute should first be raised with us so the service record and requested remedy can be reviewed. This does not remove a consumer’s right to contact the competent authority or use another lawful process.
We may update these general terms when legal requirements, website functions or service processes change. The date at the top identifies the current published version. Changes do not retrospectively replace a vehicle-specific written agreement already completed, unless the law requires otherwise.
