Do I have to approve a repair when I book an inspection?
No. Booking the inspection authorises the agreed visit and checks. The technician explains the findings and quotes any additional work for your approval. The inspection fee remains payable if you decide not to repair the car.

Ask about the available arrival windows when you send your location. Same-day attendance depends on the schedule, travel, vehicle and equipment needed. A WhatsApp enquiry does not reserve a slot, and we do not promise a fixed arrival time before confirming the booking.
Can you refill R134a or R1234yf at my location?
Send the vehicle details and refrigerant label photo. Mobile refrigerant work is confirmed only when the correct equipment, procedure and working conditions are available. An unknown charge, suspected contamination or a leak requiring deeper investigation may need workshop service.
Can the van come into basement parking?
That depends on the height clearance, ventilation, building rules and working space. Share the parking level and height limit before dispatch. If servicing is not permitted there, we can discuss an appropriate alternative location or workshop route.
What if the AC still needs a workshop after the visit?
The AED 199 inspection covers the agreed visit and checks. The findings help define any further workshop testing or repair, which is quoted separately. Any fee credit must be stated in your written quote. You choose whether to proceed.
Do you work on luxury cars, hybrids and electric vehicles?
Send the exact model, year and powertrain for vehicle-specific confirmation. Premium cars may have multiple climate zones or difficult component access. Hybrid and electric vehicles require appropriate procedures and equipment; high-voltage faults are not treated as routine mobile AC work.
